**As of July 28,2025, the project was awarded to K&E Paving, Inc. dba H&H Paving, with an awarded amount of $81,581.58.* The awarded contractor will be required to furnish all labor, equipment and materials to install approximately 155 tons of level 2, 1/2 dense hot mix asphalt concrete (HMAC) in accordance with City of McMinnville Street Paving Standards. This project is comprised of paving multiple trench and leak patches in several different locations throughout the City of McMinnville and Yamhill County. Contractor will be required to install WMAC to match the existing roadway crown or cross slope.
