The Work Includes Minor Demolition of Existing Partition Walls, New Walls and Doors, New Casework and Sink at Breakroom, Removal of Existing Tile and Carpet Flooring, New Interior Finishes Including Flooring as Indicated, Painting of Walls and Ceilings as Indicated, and Other Miscellaneous Interior Finishes. Bids Must Be Clearly Labeled and Follow All Bid Instructions.
