Horizontal Directional Drilling for the Services of a Professional Licensed and Bonded Horizontal Directional Drilling (Hdd) Contractor for the Park Place Apartments Conduit Installation All Bids Shall Be Valid for 60 Days After Bid Opening The Awarded Contractor is Required to Have a Public Works Bond on File With the Oregon Ccb Before Work Begins. The Project Consists of Furnishing All Qualified Professional Personnel, Supervision, Construction Labor, Equipment and Specified Materials Including 2"and 3" Schedule 40 Conduit or Polypipe and Vaults. Contractor Will Be Responsible to Install Conduit by Primary Means of Horizontal Directional Drilling and Install Power Vaults as Specified. All Work Shall Be Substantially Completed 60 Days After Issuance of Notice to Proceed to the Awarded Contractor No Bid Will Be Received or Considered by the Owner Unless the Bid Form Contains, or is Accompanied by, a Statement by the Bidder, as a Part of the Bid That the Provisions Required by Ors 279c.838 and 279c.840 Pertaining to Prevailing Wages Shall Be Included in This Contract. Contractor Licensing Under Ors 468a.720 for Asbestos Abatement is Not a Requirement of This Project. Bids Shall Be Submitted on the Prescribed Forms and Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond Executed in Favor of Mcminnville Water & Light in the Amount of 10% of the Amount Bid. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish the Necessary Performance and Payment Bonds for the Faithful Performance of the Contract as Prescribed in the Contract Documents. Mcminnville Water & Light May Reject Any Bid Not in Compliance With the Contract Provisions and All Prescribed Public Contracting Procedures and Requirements, Including the Requirement to Demonstrate the Bidder's Responsibility Under Ors 279c.375(3)(B), and May Reject for Good Cause All Bids After Finding That Doing So is in the Public Interest.
