The County may reject all offers for good cause upon its finding that it is in the public interest to do so. Additionally, the County may reject a particular offer for any of the reasons listed under YCC 3.20.049.0440. I.1 Insurance. The apparent successful Offeror shall provide all required proofs of insurance to the County within 30 calendar days of notification of intent to award. Failure to present the required documents within the 30 calendar-day period may result in offer rejection. Offerors are encouraged to consult their insurance agent(s) about the insurance requirements as identified in Section J, Contract Provisions, prior to offer submission. I.2 Performance Bond and Payment Bond. The successful Offeror shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the total amount (100%) of the awarded contract, executed in favor of Yamhill County, to ensure faithful performance of the contract and payment for services and goods.
