Description

Site work for a communication facility in McMinnville, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.

Engineering Services are required for the Walnut City Tap 115kV Line Rebuild Project. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the requirements specified in the Request for Proposal. Each proposal must indicate whether the bidder is a resident bidder as defined in ORS 279A.120 (b). Award will be made to the proposer whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous based on the evaluation process and evaluation factors described in the RFP, in accordance with ORS 279C.110. MW&L reserves the right to waive any informalities, reject any or all proposals, and cancel the RFP at any time if deemed in the public interest.
