Bids are requested for the "McMinnville Water & Light Admin Additions & New Warehouse" project. This consists of an expansion and remodel of the existing Administration Building, a seismic retrofit of the Warehouse Building, and a new MPP warehouse at the McMinnville Water and Light headquarters. The project is needed due to outdated technology/systems and a need for more office and warehouse space. Work includes select demolition, structural concrete, structural framing, MPP panels, masonry, sheet metal paneling, roofing, glazing and storefront, finishes, earthwork and utilities, site paving, site furnishings/landscaping, and related specialties. The scope of work includes all activities, excluding procurement of electrical switch gear, as defined in the bid documents for Bid Package One only. Work is organized into specific divisions, including but not limited to: structural concrete, concrete floor finishes, masonry, structural steel, wood & metal-web joists, rough carpentry, mass engineered timber/wood, finish carpentry, casework, waterproofing, metal wall panels, membrane roofing, doors/frames/hardware, overhead doors, aluminum storefronts & glazing, windows, tiling, wall & ceiling systems, resilient flooring & carpeting, signage, metal lockers, loading dock equipment, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications/safety/security, earthwork & site utilities, site concrete, asphalt paving, fencing and gates, irrigation, landscaping, and bridge cranes. All proposers must complete and submit all forms included in the package for this solicitation. Bids must be submitted on the bid form in Building Connected for each scope, with a copy of the proposal attached. Bidders must clearly outline their ability, capacity, and cost to furnish payment and performance bonds. All bidders must be registered with the Construction Contractors Board and carry all licensing and bonding required for public projects in Oregon. P&C Construction and Swift Fire Protection will be submitting lump sum bids for certain work packages. P&C reserves the right to reject any bids, evaluate bidders' ability to provide bonds, and consider financial resources. The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements.
