Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in McMinnville, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Sealed bids are sought from professional, licensed, and bonded contractors for the installation of two owner-furnished steel power transmission poles at Joe Dancer Park for the City of McMinnville, through the Water & Light Commission. The project requires furnishing all qualified professional personnel, supervision, construction labor, equipment, and specified materials to install one owner-supplied steel power transmission pole. The work involves traffic control, surveying, site clearing, digging/augering the pole hole, assembly, and erection of one slip joint steel pole. The work must be substantially completed by September 30, 2026. Contractors must have a minimum of five years’ experience on similar projects under their present firm name and be qualified per applicable Oregon statutes. Bids must be submitted on prescribed forms and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds. The owner reserves the right to reject any bid not in compliance with the requirements or for other public interest reasons, and may waive informalities in submissions.
