Site work, new construction and renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Ponce de Leon, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
The project consists of a new clinic with X-Ray facility, Examination Rooms, and Waiting Room, a Vestibule connecting the new clinic to the existing Community Center and the Re-roofing of the Community Center. If funds are available, the Community Center Envelope will be addressed. This project is being funded by a USDA Emergency Rural Health Care Grant and a Community Development Block Grant (#22CV-S12). The deadline for questions is Tuesday, April 16, 2024.
