The work is more particularly described in the Bidding Documents, Drawings, Specifications, and other Contract Documents and shall include all general construction, re-roofing, roof repairs, mechanical and electrical modifications, and other work as indicated in the Contract Documents. Schedule of Unit Prices Bidder proposes following sums as additions to or deductions from the Base Bid amount for Unit Price Work more fully described in referenced Specification Sections in the Contract Documents. Bidder must provide an amount for each Unit Price item listed or entire Bid may be considered non-responsive.
