**As of March 14, 2024 project was awarded to Northeast Asphalt Inc. $ 107,125.36 . ** Jordan Avenue between Mason St and Coolidge St (2 blocks) approximately 2,300 S.Y. is to be reconstructed asphaltic pavement roadway. Work will be the removal of the existing pavement and base between curb and gutter and the placement of new aggregate base and asphaltic pavement of new aggregate base and asphaltic pavement in accordance with plans and specifications The Owner encourages DBE's including MBE's and WBE's to submit bids The City of New Holstein reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities. Unless the Bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder. Document note: The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
