Bids will be received and accepted only via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN vBid Online Bidding. Paper bids will not be accepted. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. Bidders are required to prequalify 5 calendar days prior to bid opening. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening. The work is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin State Statutes, particularly 62.15, 66.0901, and 66.0903.
