Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Belle Fourche, South Dakota. Working plans call for the renovation of a 21,000-square-foot municipal facility.

Remove and replace approximately 21,000 square feet of roofing on public works buildings located at 220 5th Avenue. Additional all damaged siding and fascia damaged during shall be removed and replaced. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or cashier's check drawn on a State or National Bank in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total for all schedules bid, payable to the City of Belle Fourche; or, in lieu thereof, a bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the total amount for all schedules bid issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota, payable to the City of Belle Fourche, as a guarantee of the bidder entering into a contract with the City for constructing the project and furnishing 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond. The City of Belle Fourche reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Per owner all bids were rejected, and this will re-bid at a future time and date TBD.
