Scope of Work This project will consist of furnishing and installing approximately 650 L.F. of 10 and 40 L.F. of 8 water lines, Boring 600 L.F. under Belle Fourche River with 10 HDPE water line, valves, fittings, clearing and grubbing and seeding. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or cashier's check drawn on a State or National Bank in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total for all schedules bid, payable to the City of Belle Fourche; or, in lieu thereof, a bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the total amount for all schedules bid issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota, payable to the City of Belle Fourche, as a guarantee of the bidder entering into a contract with the City for constructing the project and furnishing 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond. Bid evaluation criteria will be as set forth in the Contract Documents and Specifications. The City of Belle Fourche reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
