Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Pitt Meadows, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City has several projects planned for construction to complete upgrades and improvements to their infrastructure. Roadworks improvements annual budget ranges from approximately $1.0M to $2.0M and will generally include: Rehabilitation of existing rural and urban roadways including cold milling, full depth reclaim, foamed asphalt stabilized base, grading, paving, shouldering, and related traffic control; Improvements to existing intersection letdown treatments; Traffic Calming and active transportation projects; and Local Road improvements and associated works including street lighting, curb and gutter, sidewalks etc. The yearly construction program is expected to be substantially complete by October 31 of each year
