New construction of a mixed-use development in Pitt Meadows, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a stadium; and playground / park / athletic field.
Pitt Meadows Athletic Park sports and recreation uses and facilities on the amenity lands at 19375 Airport Way (PMAP) Project, located at and near the vicinity of 19375 Airport Way in Pitt Meadows. The PMAP Project will be divided into two components which are generally described as follows: A double synthetic turf field with a new parking lot (south), and A covered multi-sport box along with the expansion of an existing parking lot (north) and relocation of field house. TIMELINE: A public hearing for the rezoning was held on January 28, 2025, to consider granting third reading, and adoption of Zoning Amendment Bylaw. RFP for design is cancelled. Timeline for re-tender is unreleased. Further update in summer 2025, upon approvals.
