This project is for the renovation of an existing apartment, a Resident Advisor office and 1st floor entry at Ellicott Complex Evans Quad. The Apartment and RA Office are located in different buildings at Evans Quad. Both spaces will be abated of all ACM drywall and associated hazardous materials along with demolition of existing interior walls and selective demolition of MEP. New finishes, HVAC systems, electrical systems, fire suppression system, central fire alarm system, building management control systems and plumbing will be installed. New spaces including bathrooms and kitchen will be ADA compliant as well as meet all required codes and regulations. The project is estimated between $1.9 million and $2 million.
