Bid Valid 90 days Project Duration Three (3) year term with option for two (2), one-year extensions Q&A Deadline 02/14/2024 2:00 PM (PST) All questions must be submitted in writing through online. A written response will be provided via online email notification. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in any bid. The City is soliciting competitive bids from qualified vendors to furnish water valves, manhole lids & covers] per ATTACHMENT A. The City requires pricing for manhole covers, water valves and covers from the following manufacturers: Manhole Covers and Storm Drains: EJ Cleanouts and Gate Valves: Bingham and Taylor Bids may be withdrawn by submitting a written request any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposal. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days thereafter. The City reserves the right to award a single contract or multiple contracts to the best advantage of the City. Contractors not willing to be considered for a partial award must indicate "ALL OR NONE" on their bid. Unless otherwise stated, bids shall be subject to acceptance by the City for a period of ninety (90) calendar days following the opening of bids.
