Water heater replacement at 201 Matthew Way buildings 3 - 8, Collingwood, ON This Request for Proposal is being issued by the County of Simcoe on behalf of Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC). The County of Simcoe is requesting Tenders for the provision of services for the removal of existing hot water tanks, installation of new condensing gas fired water heaters for six of the eight SCHC buildings at 201 Matthew Way, Collingwood, ON. The buildings are a series of three-storey family townhomes that were constructed in the 1990s, with Buildings 3, 4, 7, and 8 each containing 10 units.
