The City of Greenville Public Works Department Department is accepting bids for the Municipal Building - 1st Floor Improvements. The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to, providing labor and materials to modify office spaces, provide sound deadening insulation, electrical/data installation and other work in the Municipal Building per the specifications and attached layout. All work is to be in accordance with current NC Building Code. Submittals for approval will be required for this project. All labor and materials necessary to complete the scope of work shall be included. All bids will be marked with the date and time they are received by reception staff. Bids will not be opened and read aloud at this time but will be reviewed and contracts will be awarded later. The City of Greenville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality and award contracts that appear to be in its best interest. The right is reserved to hold any or all proposals for a period of ninety (90) days from the bid opening thereof.
