Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Kapolei, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The project in general consist of repairs and improvements to the Makakilo Community Center Building and Grounds, including but not limited to ADA parking and access routes; tree trimming; sitework; demolition; concrete repairs; carpentry; reroofing; sheet metal, sealants; steel doors/frames, windows; hardware; ceramic tile; acoustic tile; resilient flooring; resinous floors; painting; toilet partitions and accessories; signage; appliances; interior painting; mechanical; electrical; hazardous material abatement; and all incidental work necessary to complete the project. Question Deadline 03/17/2025 Makakilo Community Park Roofing and Interior Improvements Requests for clarification shall be emailed to Rosario Sambueno@bfspurchasing@honolulu.gov Requests for clarification regarding this bid solicitation shall be directed to Rosario Sambueno of the Division of Purchasing by email to bfspurchasinQ@honoluiu.gov. The CITY will accept requests for substitution submitted electronically to bfspurchasing@honolulu.gov. All requests shall be received no later than March 17, 2025. Requests received after this date may not be given consideration.
