Question Deadline 02/23/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Engineer (either the Design Engineer or the County Engineer as defined in Article 2 of the Agreement) in writing at least 10 calendar days prior to the opening of Bids. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
