Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Moncton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Public Works and Government Services Canada has retained a Construction Manager (Pomerleau) to modernize laboratory facilities as part of its Laboratories Canada (LC) program of work. The CM's Contract is the Atlantic Science Enterprise Centre (ASEC) (also known as the Gulf Fisheries Centre (GFC)) a PWGSC owned asset in Moncton, NB, that will be redeveloped and expanded to provide science accommodations and non-science space for use by five Science Partners. The asset is a federally designated recognized heritage building and will remain under operation during the phased construction approach. The construction phasing is the following: Enabling Works, Phase 1 New Science Annex, Phase 2 New Construction. The objective of this RFQ is to receive and access submissions from interested trade partners for the purpose of pre-qualifying potential MASS TIMBER tenders.
