Masters Road and Easement: The work consists generally of the reconstruction of approximately 95 meters on Masters Road between McKay Avenue and Ellerdale Avenue, and approximately 30 meters through an easement between Stone Avenue and Masters Road. The contract includes and is not limited to the construction of sanitary and storm sewers and new water main, street improvements, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, asphalt and landscaping. McAllen Lane: The work consists generally of the reconstruction of approximately 80 meters on McAllen Lane between Bonaccord Street and the end of McAllen Lane. The contract includes and is not limited to the construction of a combined sewer and new water main, street improvements, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, asphalt and landscaping. Elm Street: The work consists generally of the reconstruction of approximately 115 meters on Elm Street between Gordon Street and the end of Elm Street. The contract includes and is not limited to the construction of a combined sewer and new water main, street improvements, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, asphalt and landscaping.
