2024 Gravel Loading and Hauling Stockpiled Aggregate The contract will be awarded on the lowest bid as submitted and based on the contractor's availability at the time of need by Mountrail County. Contractor agrees bid is valid for a period of one year from bid acceptance unless a thirty (30) day written notice is sent to the County Engineer, PO Box 275, Stanley, ND 58784 to withdraw such bid. Contractor will be obligated to bid price for any job award(s) prior to withdrawal. In submitting this bid it is understood that the right is reserved by the owner to reject any and all such bids and to waive irregularities. No bid security will be required with the Bid.
