Reference Number 0000264330 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/02/15 11:00:00 AM EST Toronto Metropolitan University (the University) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to schedule in-person strategy discussions from interested Suppliers with experience in maintenance and inspection of critical electrical systems. The intent of these discussions is to obtain feedback from Suppliers to assist the University in developing a more accurate Scope of Work and overall approach for the upcoming Request for Proposals (RFP) for maintenance and inspection of critical electrical systems. The University firmly believes that participation will be mutually beneficial to both the Suppliers and to the University; however, participation in these discussions are completely optional (for clarity, they are NOT mandatory in order to participate in the future RFP or RFPs). The scope of this system includes: (1) Transformers; (2) 13.8 kV Electrical Distribution Lines; (3) Rackable Circuit Breakers in excess of and including 600 V; (4) Medium Voltage Circuit Breaks and Switch gear; (5) Capacitors; and (6) DC Batteries. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
