Project awarded to: Tri State Snap Sports in the amount of $83,704 for M-0004 Tri State Snap Sports in the amount of $18,406 for M-0005 - Proposals will be received by South Sioux City Community Schools for Playground Equipment and Installation at Lewis & Clark Elementary and Dakota City Elementary. Installation of playground equipment shall be completed no later than July 31, 2024. Contractor and District shall mutually agree upon an installation date after the winter thaw in spring 2024 and prior to July 31, 2024. South Sioux City Community Schools is seeking Contractor(s) who possess the experience, ability and resources to provide playground equipment, installation, maintenance and repair. South Sioux City Community Schools desires high quality, competitively priced equipment that is manufactured and installed per ADA requirements, consumer product safety standards for playground equipment and surfacing, building codes, federal, state and local requirements and regulations and South Sioux City Community Schools expectations. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all offers. The District reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to waive any deficiencies in any bids.
