**As of March 1, 2024, project will rebid, no definite date for the rebid March 27th.** Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to remove and dispose of approximately 35,091 square feet of roofing material from 3 buildings. Roof replacement shall include the removal of all existing layers of roof covering down to the roof deck, dispose of all waste off site. Prepare surface and install new UL listed Class A single ply fully adhered roofing system. The project is located at Porterville Developmental Center, 26501 Avenue 140, Porterville, CA 93257. Specifically: 23 N. Sequoia Dr., 30 N. Circle Drive, and 320 Palm Ave at the Plant Operations Modular #5. Bidders for this project must possess a current C-39 classification license(s) issued by the Contractors' State License Board. If the bidder is not licensed as specified, the bid will be disregarded.
