No interlineations, additions or deletions shall be made in the bid form by the Bidder. Proposals must be signed in ink by a company official that has authorization to commit company resources. The Owner will in no way be liable for any costs incurred by any Bidder in the preparation of its Bid in response to this Advertisement for Proposals. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the day of the Bid opening, but Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any proposal and return the Bid security prior to that date. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities and re-advertise. Questions, if answered, will be addressed by addendum to the Contract Documents.
