Renovation of a water / sewer project in Marietta, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project generally comprises of selective demolition of solids handling equipment and building; installation of Owner procured Volute dewater press, positive pressurization unit, electrical control panels, polymer blending and feed system, flowmeter, dust collector, and mixed transfer conveyor; furnish and install plug valves and knife valves with electric actuators, piping, appurtenances, piping modifications, motor actuated louver, and chemical spill containment deck and pallet; restoration of areas disturbed by construction. The Work will be performed under Two Contracts as follows: TWO - Electrical Construction Question Deadline 11/21/2024 at 4:00 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted in writing via online portal. Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check, irrevocable letter of credit, or Bid bond for (10) percent of the Bid total. The Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry. The OWNER hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid Bid Result: Contract One : Eastern Environmental Contractors, Inc - $367,760.00 Contract Two : Garden Spot Electric, Inc. - $79,950.00
