This Contract is for the procurement and installation of a new vehicle wash system consisting of detergent arches, wash brushes, and spray arches as well as the modification of the existing building to accommodate the new vehicle wash system. Project Cost Class F - $5,000,000 to $10,000,000 MBE Participation (%) 24.00 DESCRIPTION OF WORK A. This Contract is for the procurement and installation of a new vehicle wash system consisting of detergent arches, wash brushes, and spray arches as well as the modification of the existing building to accommodate the new vehicle wash system. These modifications include a new drainage system, additional points of egress, replacement oil-water separator (OWS), new boiler systems, new running rail along the length of the wash bay, and two concrete elevated platforms. Additional ancillary items include but are not limited to power connections to electrical panels and miscellaneous painting. The contract will include the selective demolition of the floor slab, running rail and fixation fastening system, existing equipment to be removed, and all plumbing to be replaced. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
