This is a Time and Materials contract for work to be performed that includes the provision of all HVAC labor services, transportation, tools, equipment and common HVAC maintenance supplies necessary for the accomplishment of various HVAC inspection, maintenance and repair work orders throughout the Light Rail System. Facilities are located in Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Anne Arundel County Maryland. The state is issuing this solicitation for Light Rail HVAC Maintenance. The MTA requires HVAC inspection, maintenance and repair service for thirty-three (33) Light Rail Stations, twenty three (23) Central Instrument Houses, thirty five (35) Security Equipment Cabinets, Three (3) traction Power Sub- Stations, two (2) LRV Mechanical Shops and Administrative Offices, six (6) Construction Office Trailers, two (2) Station Trackside Operator Restrooms and two (2) Storage Buildings. The MTA requires that HVAC maintenance and repair services be available for these properties twenty four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days a week including holidays, legal holidays and during emergency situations. The awarded contract is for a period of three (3) years. All units/systems and locations are listed below in this SOW.
