The City of Santa Monica, (referred to hereafter as "the City") is inviting bids from qualified persons or firms interested in providing emergency generator services for the City of Santa Monica Water Resources Divisions (WRD). The WRD maintains several facilities and sites for water and wastewater treatment, distribution, and collection. Five emergency generators are located at five separate facilities including the Arcadia Water Treatment Plant, Charnock Pretreatment Facility, Moss Avenue Pump Station (MAPS), San Vicente Booster Pump Station, and the Sustainable Water Infrastructure Program (SWIP) Advanced Water Treatment Facility (AWTF). Questions must be submitted online in the "Q&A" tab. The City will only accept or respond to questions submitted through the online vendor portal. Questions regarding this bid are due Thursday, February 15, 2024 no later than 3:00 pm Pacific Time.
