Inspection, repairs and maintenance of diving boards. Under County law, this solicitation is subject to the Montgomery County Code and the Montgomery County Procurement Regulations regarding participation in the Minority, Female, Disabled Person (MFD) Procurement Program. Further information regarding the County's MFD program is contained within this solicitation (see the provision entitled "Minority-Owned Business Addendum to the General Conditions of Contract between County and Contractor" and its companion document entitled "Minority, Female, and Disabled-Person Subcontractor Performance Plan"). The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or portions thereof, to waive minor irregularities and to award the Contract in the best interests of the County. Conditional or qualified bids are subject to rejection. The County reserves the right to reject the bid of a bidder who has previously failed to perform properly or to complete in a timely manner, contracts of a similar nature, or if investigation shows the bidder is unable to perform the requirements of the contract. This Informal Solicitation will be awarded to the bidder with the lowest responsive bids and who are responsible as determined by the Director, Office of Procurement.
