Painting of Pavement Markings and Striping Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid surety furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety in an amount as allowed by Treasury Circular 570. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The proposed work under this Contract consists of approximately 25 pass miles of pavement striping and various painted pavement markings throughout the City, including downtown striping but excluding all of Main Street/SR59 due to a ODOT resurfacing project. The estimated cost for this project is $81,437.00. Bidders must comply with the wage rates for Public Improvements in Portage County and in the City of Ravenna, Ohio as determined by the State Prevailing Wages for this work.
