Renovation of a municipal facility in Moundsville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Question Deadline 02/27/2024 at 5:00 PM ET The project involves interior demolition, construction of new walls, casework, and painting A certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid, or a satisfactory Bid Bond furnished by a solvent surety company authorized to do business in the state of West Virginia in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid must be submitted with each Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to execute a contract and provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of the contract award. A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held Tuesday February 20, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. in the Commission Meeting Room at the Courthouse in Moundsville, WV. All bidders must attend the Pre-Bid meeting to familiarize themselves with the project location, site conditions, and other relevant information. Attendance at the Pre-Bid meeting is mandatory for bid qualification.
