Bids will be received from only qualified contractors with a minimum 5-years experience in work being performed and registered to do business in the State of WV at the time of bidding. Certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid is required. 100% Performance Bond and 100% Labor & Materialmen's Payment Bond are required paid by the Contractor. The Moundsville Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
