The attached addendum is hereby made a part of the plans and specifications for Contract No. 299, Bear Creek Greenway Fuel Reduction. This Addendum No. 1 shall be attached to the contract documents, with acknowledgment of receipt of said Addendum No. 1 signed in the space provided on the Bidder's Offer, page 14 section 7 of the Invitation to Bid. Unless this specific deadline is extended by subsequent Addenda, no requests for brand approval, requests for substitution, requests for clarification, requests for change or protests pertaining to provisions contained in the originally-issued ITB will be considered after the date specified herein. GENERAL PROJECT DESCRIPTION The scope of the Project includes, but may not be limited to, the following: 1. Reduce dead, woody debris. 2. Reduce flammable invasive species. 3. Remove/reduce ladder fuels. 4. Removal of limited amount of snags 5. Create fuel breaks for future access and maintenance. SCOPE OF WORK The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall perform all Work necessary so that the project can be legally occupied and fully used for the intended use as set forth in the Contract Documents.
