The City of Georgetown is seeking a vendor to provide concrete materials and construction for calendar year 2024. The vendor will be required to enter into the City of Georgetown s standard contract for concrete materials and construction. Any and all questions related to registration for and use of Public Purchase shall be directed to Stacey Clark at stacey.clark@georgetownky.gov. The invitation to bid involves installation of concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, ADA ramps and other miscellaneous concrete construction and supply. The selected bidder shall meet with the City Engineer at each project site to review the scope of work to be performed. The selected bidder will then develop a cost estimate for each project location and submit it to the City Engineer. After review, the selected bidder will be given a notice to proceed by the City Engineer. Project locations shall be selected based on coordination with utility work and Municipal Aid Program (MAP) hearings. No pre-bid meeting will be held. Bid(5%) All bids, and inquiries related thereto, shall be submitted via Public Purchase. The City of Georgetown reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to award any bid in whole or in part, and/or to waive any irregularities or minor immaterial defects in any and all bids. The City reserves the right to award bids based on the best interest and/or most advantageous to the City. The City of Georgetown may also consider any alternative bid that meets its basic needs.
