The City of Georgetown, Kentucky is seeking unit price bids for Asphalt and Stone Materials, Supply and Delivery for calendar year 2024. This invitation to bid seeks a vendor to supply and deliver asphalt pavement and stone materials for street rehabilitation and reconstruction projects using milling, resurfacing, subgrade preparation, full depth reclamation, as well as any other City projects utilizing asphalt and stone materials. Stone and asphalt materials will be purchased by the City through work orders for each separate project and shall be paid by the unit price listed in the bid. The contractor performing the work, for each separately contracted project, shall be responsible for any hauling costs and pick up, delivery, and placement of said materials from the awarded asphalt and stone materials vendor. This contract will also serve as a unit price contract for additional materials as may be defined by the City throughout the contract term. All bids, and inquiries related thereto, shall be submitted via Public Purchase. Any and all questions related to registration for and use of Public Purchase shall be directed to Stacey Clark at stacey.clark@georgetownky.gov. The City of Georgetown reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to award any bid in whole or in part, and/or to waive any irregularities or minor immaterial defects in any and all bids. The City reserves the right to award bids based on the best interest and/or most advantageous to the City. The City of Georgetown may also consider any alternative bid that meets its basic needs.
