Renovation of an educational facility in Ringgold, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of Reroofing and Installation of Owner-furnished Rooftop HVAC units on the Main Building at Ringgold High School. The work is located on the existing campus. The project is anticipated to be one lump sum, Base Bid only, No Alternates, with a unit price breakdown included for selected items. o All work or portions of work necessary to reroof and replace Owner's rooftop HVAC units on the existing Ringgold High School Main Building to return it to a watertight condition. Demolition: existing layers of built-up membrane roofing and insulation down to the original lightweight concrete deck; repair and/or replacement of damaged blocking, deck, etc.; demo and patching of existing aggregate plaster wall material to facilitate installation of new roof-to-wall flashing. Installation of new roof will include PVC membrane roofing systems with polyisocyanurate insulation and cover board over existing lightweight concrete deck. Installation of Owner-furnished HVAC units and curbs with new duck work, flashing, and electrical work. Revision of gas lines to tie into units as scheduled; interior work to revise ceilings in the areas of new ductwork; associated site work roof drainage and painting of existing metal surfaces. liquidated damages will be assessed at $1,000 per calendar day.
