Polymer Modified Rubberized Crack Seal Sweeping and Application of a Type II Slurry Seal All bidders must file a non-collusive affidavit. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Polymer Modified Rubberized Crack Seal. Sweeping and application of a Type II Slurry Seal. The Crack Seal work must be done as per Pub 408 Section 469 using ASTMD 6690 Type II materials. The Type II Slurry Seal will be applised over a fresh chip sealed surface, so all material must be swept up using a vacuum-type sweeper and free of loose aggregate prior to the application of the Type II Slurry Seal. The Type II Slurry Seal must be applied as per the PennDOT Pub 408 Section 482.
