Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lower Salford, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The 2024 Bituminous Pavement Base Repair Contract. The project involves approximately 2,800 square yards of Mill & Fill base repairs on various roadways throughout the Township. Milling will be a maximum of 4 feet wide and a depth of 3 inches with trenches filled with 19 mm warm mix asphalt. Questions Due Date: Apr 19th 2024, 4:00 PM EDT A certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total amount indicated on the Bid Form Maintenance(100%). The Contract shall be completed within 30 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The Bidder understands and agrees that the Township reserves the right to delay the issuance of the Notice to Proceed for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of Contract Award should all preparation work required for the completion of this contract be incomplete or delayed.
