PROJECT NO. 46-24-01 OTIC MAINTENANCE BUILDING CCTV CAMERA INSTALLATION WILLIAMS, FULTON, OTTAWA, ERIE, LORAIN, SUMMIT, PORTAGE, MAHONING COUNTIES, OHIO Question Deadline 02/22/2024 Bidders should submit all questions no later than seven (7) days prior to Bid Opening. Any question, other than a request for interpretation or clarification as provided in paragraph IB 2.3, shall be submitted to the Commission in writing, by electronic mail at purchasing@ohioturnpike.org. Prevailing Wage Rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements apply to this Project. The Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Goal applicable to this Project is waived. Failure to certify a commitment to meet the SBE Goal or failure to satisfactorily demonstrate Good Faith Efforts used to attain SBE participation for this project shall be grounds for the Commission to consider the Bid nonresponsive and may cause the Bid to be rejected. Pollution Liability Insurance is not required under GC Art. 12.1.3 for this Project. Bids will be received for this Project, which includes the following: Install CCTV cameras, poles, cable and wiring, foundations, pull boxes, ground rods, and all other items listed in the plans, along with all materials, labor, equipment, tools, and incidentals necessary to complete the CCTV camera installation at the Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission Maintenance Buildings. All Work is to be performed as per the Plans, Drawings, Specifications, Special Provisions, Technical Specifications, and other Contract Documents for this Project. A Contract will be awarded, if any award be made, to the Bidder determined to have submitted the lowest responsive and responsible Bid for the performance of the Work. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive minor irregularities or technical deficiencies.
