Site work for a water / sewer project in Circleville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Each bid proposal shall be submitted on the form provided and according to the instructions supplied. Each proposal shall also be accompanied by a bid guaranty given in favor of Pickaway County, Circleville, Ohio. The bid guaranty shall be either a bond issued by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio for one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code, on any solvent bank for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid and payable to the order of the Pickaway County Commissioners, Circleville, Ohio. The bid guaranties of unsuccessful bidders shall be cancelled and returned. The successful bidder shall within ten (10) days after they have received notice of the award to them and before entering into contract, furnish a performance bond payable to the Pickaway County Commissioners in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the amount bid. All work shall be completed in accordance with the plans, specifications and engineering drawings. Construction of the project is to begin immediately with final completion being on or before June 14, 2024. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to award the bid determined to be in the best interest of Pickaway County.
