Est. Completion Date: May 31, 2025. Site Directions: The Work shall be constructed at the wastewater treatment facility site located in the Southeast Quadrant of the City, 1/4 mile Southwest of the intersection of East Broadway Street and 175th Avenue and at the intersection of "D" Street and Arrow Street, Leland, Iowa.
