As of April 4, 2024 bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project might rebid on October or November. New Wastewater Treatment Facility Project No: LELAN 164150 Description: Major components of the Work include: o 3-Cell Aerated Lagoon o SAGR Tiertary Treatment System o Blower Building o Site Piping, Grading and Electrical o Disposal of Sludge from Existing Lagoon o Modifications to Existing Lift Station. Est. Completion Date: May 31, 2025. Site Directions: The Work shall be constructed at the wastewater treatment facility site located in the Southeast Quadrant of the City, 1/4 mile Southwest of the intersection of East Broadway Street and 175th Avenue and at the intersection of "D" Street and Arrow Street, Leland, Iowa. Question Deadline 03/05/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
