Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.

PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK (included but not limited to): o Renovation of the existing track and field area. o Demolition site work including removal /demolition of existing asphalt/concrete paving, curbs, gutters, landscape, turf, gates, fences and underground drainage and irrigation utilities. o Site improvement including construction of new synthetic athletic play surfaces, new asphalt/concrete paving, curbs, signage, underground drainage and irrigation and 8'x 32' scoreboard. III. PROJECT CONSTRUCTION PHASE: o Site underground utilities complete: Within 180 calendar days after the NTP. o Landscape/ irrigation complete: Within 240 calendar days after the NTP. o Completion of synthetic turf and track. Installation of the new Scoreboard. Completion of site lighting, electrical and low voltage upgrade. Completion of all Commissioning activities.
