The Project includes the following Work: The project includes but is not limited to the addition of an asphalt trail expansion around the lake, addition of a new asphalt parking lot with striping, installation of storm drain, installation of concrete pads with placement of limestone slabs, installation of new shelter, place concrete around permanent monument, and all other work required for the completion of the project. The base bid for the project will be completion of the trail from station 0+00 to 28+50, drainage pipe with riser and headwall, 4 concrete pads with placement of limestone slabs, and all ancillary work. Mandatory add alternate #1 will be to extend the trail from station 28+50 to 40+22, 3 concrete pads with placement of limestone slabs, and all ancillary work. Mandatory add alternate #2 will be to extend the trail from station 10+00 to 16+13; 1 concrete pad with placement of limestone slab; parking lot including pavement markings, and signage; connector segment with detectable warnings; culvert with end sections; and all ancillary work. Mandatory add alternate #3 will include installation of a concrete pad adjacent to an existing pad, installation of a new shelter, relocation of a grill to meet accessibility guidelines, placement of stone around the concrete to match existing, and all ancillary work. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Osgood Trail Grant. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be as shown in the Bid Form.
