*As of February 26, 2024, project is currently under construction. Sub bidding is complete and scopes have been awarded. Construction started last week. The project will improve efficiency by replacing a deteriorating curtain wall, including windows and seals, installing blast resistant glazing, and completing roof upgrades. A plan to install new glass windows over 100,000 square feet of curtain wall. Complete window replacement and roof repair.
