New fence at the Platte County Resource Center located at 11724 NW Plaza Circle, Kansas City, MO 64153. The new work will consist of a new security fence surrounding the building site and one internal fence. There will be three gates, two of which are electrically operated cantilevered type and one which is a manual swing gate. Underground power is required to each fence operator. No pre-bid conference will be held. The property contains a public facility and is open on weekdays during regular business hours.
